Florida

Yum
I decided to name this bar "Florida" because of the emphasis on key lime.

Cake:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups key lime curd
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil or applesauce
1 egg, beaten

Frosting:
 Citrus Cream Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour a 9x9 inch brownie tray.
2. With whisk attachment on the stand mixer, mix sugar, flour and baking soda at medium speed.
3.  Get two cereal bowls out. In one, crack egg and beat with a fork.
4. In a saucepan, heat curd on medium heat until it breaks down.
5. Add curd and juice to mixture to form dough. Blend well.
6. When all ingredients are well mixed, pour in tray and bake of 30 min. Bars will be done when a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
