I know, I know, I feel horrible. But, this dish potentially uses flavors from all over Asia. ..... we had turkey at home.
1 pound ground turkey
1/3 cup Ginger Teriyaki cooking sauce
2 chopped scallions
1/2 teaspoon each: peanut butter, fresh ginger, garlic, shrimp paste, chilli
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 bean sprouts
1. Chop veggies
2. Cook turkey in half of the sauce in a skillet.
3. Towards the end, and spices, peanut butter, scallions and rest of sauce.
4. Serve in lettuce leaves.
